Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Billora, provided by PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC, 1737 W Sallie Ln, Anaheim, CA 92804. By using Billora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of Service

Billora is a web-based invoicing platform for freelancers and independent contractors. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts to use Billora. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Billora offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The Pro plan is billed monthly at $19/month. Enterprise pricing is custom and determined by agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Billora and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your personal business use.

Your invoice data, client data, and uploaded content remain your property. By using Billora, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer or copy the platform; use Billora to send fraudulent or misleading invoices; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; upload malicious code or files; or resell or sublicense the service.

6. Disclaimers

Billora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC is not responsible for financial decisions made based on data in Billora.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PALM LUX PRODUCTS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Billora ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days following termination.
