By accessing or using Billora's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Castillo Marketplace LLC ("Billora," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Billora provides cloud-based invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial management tools designed for freelancers, small businesses, and professional service providers. Features vary by subscription plan and are described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

Billora offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data, invoices, client information, and other content you upload or create using the Services ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Engage in fraudulent financial activity or money laundering

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Billora and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by us. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castillo Marketplace LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
