Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Subscription Plans

Billora offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Billing and Payment

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers a discount compared to monthly billing.

  • Pro Monthly: $29.00 per month
  • Pro Annual: $290.00 per year (equivalent to $24.17/month)
  • Enterprise Monthly: $99.00 per month
  • Enterprise Annual: $990.00 per year (equivalent to $82.50/month)

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

3. Billing Descriptor

All charges from Castillo Marketplace LLC will appear on your card statement as BILLORA. If you do not recognize a charge or have questions about a transaction, please contact us immediately at support@getbillora.co.

3. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize Castillo Marketplace LLC to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount. You will receive a receipt via email for each successful charge.

4. Free Trial

New Pro and Enterprise subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged unless you cancel or downgrade to Free before the trial ends.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with the Services, contact support@getbillora.co within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. Refund requests must include your account email and reason for the request. Free plans are not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected.

7. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for downgrades.
  • Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect at the next renewal date.

8. Payment Method Updates

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. If a charge fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension of paid features until payment is successfully processed.
