Castillo Marketplace LLC wants you to be satisfied with your Billora subscription. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel your subscription and request a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through your Billing page or by emailing support@getbillora.co.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
  • Your data is retained in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not completely satisfied with Billora, contact us at support@getbillora.co within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund of that billing cycle.

To request a refund, provide your account email address and a brief explanation of why the service did not meet your needs. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan is offered at no cost and is not eligible for refunds since no payment is collected. You may use the Free plan indefinitely subject to its feature and usage limits.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired
  • For subscription renewals (second billing cycle and beyond)
  • If Terms of Service violations led to account suspension
  • If a refund was previously granted for the same account

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

You have two options:

  • Self-service: Log into your Billora account, navigate to Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription."
  • Email: Send your request to support@getbillora.co with your account email and request details.
